WOW! That's it. That's my feedback. Details - where do I start? Advertised as a platinum provider, they lived up to that and more. I had an amazing experience in every aspect dealing with them. Very professional - even their estimate was so detailed and covered everything I could think of and didn't think of. Their pricing was very reasonable for the excellent quality of work and end product. Great communication - they provided clear and precise status updates at every phase of the project. One day they texted they will arrive at 9.30 AM and quickly sent another update that they were delayed by 10 minutes and their new ETA was 9.40 AM. Never seen projects executed with such precision before. Exceptional workers - the people who worked on our deck were fantastic. Not sure if I was just lucky or everyone working there are as knowledgeable and talented. But the two were so meticulous with attention to detail that they impressed me who is an OCD nitpicker. Every corner on the cap rail was angled so perfect and symmetric. Then one day I noticed they had made a small deck piece to cover a tiny area hidden by a post that is easy to miss that it took me several days to notice it. Impressive quality of work - They even prepared notches all along the cross joists for rain water drainage. I thought of this much later and asked them about it and they showed me how they had already taken care of it. My only regret is I wish I had known these guys earlier when I got my pergola built.
